Return and exchange arrangements


In order to enable you to have a convenient and pleasant shopping experience, you can return

or replace the goods for free within 7 days after receiving the goods.

If the following conditions are met, you can return/exchange and get a full refund. Please make

sure that you have carefully read the instructions for return and exchange, and contact customer

service on Facebook Message to apply for return:


Return conditions


1. The delivery product does not match the product listed in the order

2. The goods are damaged, defective and quality problems


Instructions for return


1. After receiving the goods, please check whether the goods are complete, and you must keep

the documents or order emails for your records. If you find a problem, you can handle the return

within 7 days after signing the goods, and it will not be accepted after the deadline.

2. All goods must be returned in their original form, that is, in the form of packaging and card

labels. If the goods have been damaged, modified or damaged, no refund will be given. You are

responsible for keeping the goods before we receive the return, please handle them carefully.


**The return postage subject to return conditions will be returned after receipt confirmation.


**Orders paid by Paypal / credit card will be refunded after deducting the handling fee (3.9% +

HKD2.35 per order)

-Orders that have been shipped and delivered to the courier company are not cancelled
